Juliette loves to feed the ducks. We were walking past the pond the other day and an old lady sitting on the nearby bench gave her a bag of bread. Instant happiness for Juliette!
The longest day of the year, 21 June, is traditionally the Fete de la Musique (the Music Festival) in France. It’s the one night you’re allowed to make noise until midnight, and it’s marked by impromptu concerts throughout the country. In our tiny little village of 1’000 people, we had no fewer than six stages with acts scheduled all night. So there was only one thing to do — time to dance!
It’s been a while since we’ve had an update (more on that later), but Alexandre decided to pose for a quick picture with Maman this weekend.
If you ever need to tire out two little girls, the answer is simple. Get a dog.
