SUCH A BEAUTIFUL AND CASUAL CHRISTMAS WITH AUDE’S WONDERFUL FAMILY. THE CHILDREN ARE GROWING SO STRAIGHT AND BEAUTIFUL, AND SURELY HAD A PLENTIFUL CHRISTMAS. WHO MADE THE FRUIT TREES – I”LL BET IT WAS MATT! AND, I NEVER HAVE SEEN SUCH A LARGE SLICE OF MEAT FROM A GOOSE IN MY LIFE! I COOKED ONE (ONLY ONCE IN MY LIFE) AND GOT MOSTLY BONES. I COOKED IT UPSIDE DOWN MOST OF THE ROASTING TIME – LOOKED BEAUTIFUL, BUT VERY LITTLE MEAT. GUESS I NEED TO GET A LARGER GOOSE?
